Acai Berry Negative Side Effects

Actually the berry itself has no negative side effects. At least no more than any fruit would have. So the problem comes in any kind of preservative or added ingredients that it might be processed with. It needs to be packaged and processed correctly but you do need to know what is in the supplement you are taking.
Since the acai berry is a fruit it has the same kinds of negative side effects that any other fruit would have. Obviously if you eat too much you could easily get a belly ache or upset digestive issues. Never over do with any supplement even if it is all natural and you will eliminate 90% of problems that might be associated with it. The acai berry rots really fast so it needs to be processed almost immediately after it is harvested.
As you know the acai berry has been hyped up to help you to lose weight, and it does work. However, make sure that the supplement you are taking has all natural ingredients in it and no artificial additives. The top acai berry supplement that I have found is not packed full of man-made ingredients and has been very beneficial for me.
As I have already stated, I have found no negative acai berry side effects but I have found many positive benefits to this amazing fruit. Perhaps the benefit that I would highlight the most is an increased libido. I saw one report that the native Brazilian when asked if the berry raised his libido just got this huge grin on his face and nodded his head in pleasure.
A major Southern University has done an intensive scientific study of the acai berry and found that it destroyed many cultured cancer cells. That is certainly a good thing. Along with that finding they also found that the berry has many other beneficial things like amino acids and essential fats that our bodies need.
Another great side effect of the acai berry are the balanced cholesterol levels. Apparently by taking acai berry on a daily basis helps to control our cholesterol levels and also to lower our blood pressure naturally. Of course this will help in the fight against heart attacks and strokes.
When you get right down to it there are no negative acai berry side effects. In all the research that I have done, and that is a considerable amount, I have really found nothing but good side effects. I started taking acai berry well over a year ago and have experienced no ill side effects from it. I have lost weight and have more stamina than I had before. After about six months of taking the supplement I decided to go off of it. Wow, could I tell the difference so after a month off I started up again and have not been disappointed that I did.

And all of the side effects that I have found are positive ones. There are no negative side effects that I have found in my year and a half of research on the berry.
I wont go into a lot of detail in this article, you can find more at my blog listed below, but suffice it to say the acai berry supplement is loaded with some fantastic stuff. Here is just a brief list of what it can do for us.
One of the key benefits of the acai berry supplement is weight loss. Our body naturally burns the calories quicker when we are taking acai. The faster burn helps to melt away the ugly fat that seems to always be hanging around.
Another benefit of the acai berry supplement is the high volume of anti oxidants. There are more anti oxidants in acai berry than in the blueberry. And I have to tell you that is a tremendous amount. These anti oxidants will help to flush out unwanted toxins form our bodies.
Our natural bodies do not produce essential fatty acids like Omega-3 and Omega-6 so we have to have another source to get the needed good fats. Well you guessed it, acai berry supplement is rich in these essential fatty acids which help our systems to lower the bad cholesterol and build up the good cholesterol.
There are certainly many more important benefits of the acai berry supplement but without a doubt just these few are impressive. Of course non of these benefits have been scientifically proven but that is pretty much the same for all supplements and nutrients we but over hte counter.
I have personally been taking an acai berry supplement for the last year and a half. I have felt and seen many of the benefits that have been attributed to the berry. I started to research acai a few months before that and I have been impressed with the quality and health benefits that I have received from it.
My wife has been having some issues with her digestive system for quite some time and has just started to take the acai berry supplement. In my research I found that it is supposed to help tame the digestive tract and return the body to a systematic function.
